BLACK MIRROR-NOSEVIDE


Nosedive is a chapter of the serie Black Mirror at Netflix. This is a chapter of science-fiction.
The chapter presents a society that works with a public rank with 5 points maximum, they can be valued positively or negatively and can be done from anonymity. How many more points you have, a better social relevance you will have.


Lacie is 4.2 and lives with her brother who has a low score, and wants to move to another house and needs 4.5 to make the payment. Then his childhood friend Naomi appears and invites him to his wedding, and lets him give a speech for get more popularity among the guests and more points in the rank.
At the first time the idea of Lacie for earn points at the wedding looks easy, but the travel to arrive goes wrong and Lacie lost some importants points at the airport. When her friend Naomi is notified of that call him and tells him that she doesn't want her on the wedding. Lacie ignores him and appears the day of the wedding for do a different speech that had prepared. Finally Lacie is arrested.


I feel identified with the brother of Lacie because he doesn't like this app and lives a real life. I d'ont like de attitude of Naomi in front of problems, she can't fix them.


I like this chapter because makes a very interesting reflection of what can happen in the present with social networks. And shows how the society can work with the appearance. I recommend it because the duration of it is 1 hour and the story is really clear.

Hello Amelia!, It was good to hear from you again, It's ages sience I've heared from you. I hope you and your family are well. How's it going? About the letter you have sent me, listen if  I were you i will opt to go to visit my brother  because girl, we're talking about your family and that you haven't seen him for a year, so  personally, I think that you should go to Australia because otherwise you will regret, I know it is a hard decision because you love being with the children but you can do that job another year instead I don't know if you can be another year without seeing your brother. Anyway, I must go and get on with my homework!
