NOSEDIVE Oscar Villanueva

“Nosedive” is the first episode of the third season of the British science fiction serie Black Mirror. Based on a story by Charlie Brooker, creator of the serie.
The episode takes place in a world in which people can qualify and be rated by scores of one to five stars in each social interaction they make. Lacie, a young woman obsessed with her qualification, is chosen by a popular childhood friend as the bridesmaid of her future wedding. During the trip to attend the link Lacie has a clash with one of the workers in charge of customer service. After a little discussion her personal qualification begins to reduce quickly.

I find the chapter brilliant because it is a futuristic chapter with a lot of technology involved and its message could not be more direct and current especially because we recognize ourselves in it and the way to express this critical situation could not have been better done by actors and actresses with a little humor.
The only fault I can find is that the chapter is rather too long and there are several moments when the chapter becomes heavy and boring.

To conclude, it is a sci-fi chapter where the situation in which we can reach social networks is expressed.

Hello Amelia!, It was good to hear from you again, It's ages sience I've heared from you. I hope you and your family are well. How's it going? About the letter you have sent me, listen if  I were you i will opt to go to visit my brother  because girl, we're talking about your family and that you haven't seen him for a year, so  personally, I think that you should go to Australia because otherwise you will regret, I know it is a hard decision because you love being with the children but you can do that job another year instead I don't know if you can be another year without seeing your brother. Anyway, I must go and get on with my homework!
