Good evening Customers Department. I've been asked to talk about my experience buying my new Iphone 11 in E-Market. First of all I would like to say that the phone was delivered very fast. I requested it just two days ago and I received yesterday. Less than 24 hours, that's a a great point! Unfortunantely I can't say the same about the Iphone it self. It's working terribly bad. I can't send any message, I can't upload anything to the cloud, etc. It says it's a software error . I browsed on internet how to solve the problem but no one really knows what to do. I have all my photos and chats in my new Iphone and I can't make a back up so I am a bit scared. What can I do? How can I get refunded? In your webpage you said it was a brandnew Iphone and that it would come with some gadgets for the camera but I just received the Iphone. My final opinion about E-Market is bad, I am not going to buy again online from your website. Sincerely, Daniel Roselló
